You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility

- All original tags, packaging, and accessories included
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Quality issues or manufacturer defects are also eligible
Final sale items (if any) are non‑returnable and will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dagnedaver.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
