Ordering & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on every order to a Canadian address. No minimum purchase required.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Processing takes 1–2 business days. After that, delivery within Canada takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or other methods.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Quality issues are also covered.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at info@dagnedaver.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. We also do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: After we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund typically appears on your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dagnedaver.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
